The Intensa Dry team was professional, kind, extremely capable, and they each did an excellent job helping us when our pipe burst. They were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and they showed up within an hour to the Arlington area to help us with our emergency to immediately begin mitigation of the damage. They helped us improve our home during the restoration process. We were pleasantly satisfied during what was an extremely stressful time for us. We especially appreciated John and Ruben for their exceptional skills, as well as Eric for his communication and assistance!

Intense Dry was absolutely amazing. My entire downstairs was flooded. The situation was overwhelming. From the moment I called them, I knew I was in good hands. They worked with my insurance company to ensure everything was covered. What wasn't covered, they worked with me on pricing. And after living in temporary housing for two months, I came back to a beautiful house. There is nothing I would change.

Working with Home Recovery Solutions was an absolute nightmare. As a subcontractor, we provided quality work, met all deadlines, and followed through on every promise. In return, they stole from us. They’ve refused to pay for the work we completed and have given us nothing but excuses and lies. It’s clear this company has no intention of honoring its agreements or treating subcontractors with any level of decency. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid working with them at all costs. They’ll take advantage of you, ignore your calls, and leave you empty-handed. A total disgrace. This company owes us money since January, months later we still haven't recieved payment and they are deleting our reviews. If they pay us the reviews will stop! Be better as a company. You call yourselves business owners. Pathetic!

Our primary care office had a sprinkler go off along with the fire alarm causing water to enter multiple offices & patient rooms. Sean and his team were quick to arrive and start the remediation process. They were fast, friendly & professional! The came in, got to work setting up dehumidifiers, blowers and air scrubbers. They were easy to deal with knowledgeable, and helpful with any questions we had. Because they were so quick and efficient, they saved the office so much damage. It could’ve been a much worse outcome. Even the electrician that came in to check everything out electrical wise said Serve Pro did one of the best jobs he’s seen in a long while. I highly recommend Sean and his team for any of your commercial or home remediation needs, you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic! We had 2 previous mold inspectors that caught nothing and finally I hired FixAIRx and Anna came out and found the mold in 3 parts of the home. She was very thorough. I would only use them for mold inspection as the other companies were not as thorough as FixAIRx.

SS Water Restoration was amazing. Tuesday we were hit with 80 mph strait line winds that pulled out skylight off. It rained in the house for hours while we waited for the company the insurance company dispatched to come out. When it became obvious that company was not coming out I called FSS Water Restoration. They were there within what seemed like less than an hour. They worked quickly to tarp up the area and pulled wet materials from the house and started running fans. They came back every day to check the levels. I know it would have been so much worse if they had not arrived on Tuesday so fast. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. And Richard was just the best. So nice and very knowledgeable. This was the best experience we have had with a water restoration company.

What a great company. I had water loss on 5/6 though started my self but then found out that this is an insurance issue. Google the water restoration and this company name came first. I had a fire at my home and I was referred by my son and his friend to use Ronny Hixon with Restoration XP. He drove down to Houston from Dallas/Ft. Worth to assist me with my claim. He was extremely helpful outlining the entire process, helping us with temporary housing as well. His company worked well with my insurance carrier to company, State Farm, to get my home back to normal and in some ways better than before! Having a fire is extremely stressful and overwhelming to anyone but having a solid team to walk you through this process like we did with Ronny and his team members down in Houston made it very easy to deal with. We chose to go with this company over the others who called and messaged us because we felt comfortable and saw the complete professionalism from day 1. I’d recommend people to work with Ronny and his team if they should ever experience a large fire loss like me. .

We had a small house fire and Restoration XP was on site right after the fire department arrived. Arthur was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and sincere. He did not leave until our hotel situation was solved He assisted with the steps from the home insurance process, and also any questions we had. We appreciate him for that. I would give him 5 starts if possible. The reason for my low rating is that we are still waiting for our home to be worked on. In a few days, It will be 100 days living in a hotel. I am aware that every situation is different regarding house fires, and we are honestly very thankful for out situation for it could have been worst, however we did not anticipate for it to take this long. In the beginning, everything was moving very quickly. The house was contained, we had movers, and everything seemed great. Once the home insurance informed us of the disbursement of money, the contractors that were hired went on vacation. The Insurance gave us a date to be out of here in 3 weeks, and still no work has been done. I feel like the contractor should have never accepted the job if they knew they were not able to deliver in a timely manner. Our home has been UNTOUCHED as far as renovations. We pray that whatever the hold up is gets fixed. I plan to revisit this review once we get an update but as for now we been patiently waiting. Thanks in advance.
